questions.

how much does podcast booking cost?

$1,500 a booking. one is $1,500, two are $3,000, three are $4,500. half is due at the start. a quarter is due when the first booking is on the calendar, and the last quarter when the final one is.

what is the guarantee?

you get the bookings you paid for, or you get your money back. after the first payment, nothing is billed until a booking exists. if 90 days pass, we keep pitching at no charge. if you stop before we deliver, the first payment is refunded in proportion to the bookings still owed.

what counts as a booking?

a show that published an episode in the last 60 days, has 25 episodes or more, whose audience you saw before we pitched it, that you approved, with a recording date on the calendar. all five, or it does not count.

which podcasts do you pitch?

shows that interview musicians, shows about your genre, and shows about what you do besides music: the instrument, the business, the city, the cause. you see every show and its audience before a pitch goes out, and you say yes or no within a week.

do I pay the podcast?

not for a booking we count. if a show charges its guests an appearance fee, you choose whether to pay it, and you pay the show directly.

I have never been on a podcast. does that matter?

no. the guest kit gives hosts what they need to say yes, and the prep note before each recording covers the show, the host and the questions to expect.
