questions.

how much does PR for a music festival cost?

$500 to $2,500 a month, with a 3-month minimum. it is a monthly retainer, and the fee is set by the size of the campaign and given to you in writing before you start.

when should festival PR start?

three months before the first day. the announcement and the lineup carry the first month, and previews and interviews need the weeks before the date.

do you handle media credentials?

yes. requests come to us, we approve them against the outlet list you sign off on, and the press list is at the door on the day.

do you promote the artists on the bill?

we pitch them for previews and interviews as part of the event's story. their own records are their own campaigns.

are ads and ticketing included?

no. paid ads, ticketing, artist fees and production are billed by whoever runs them.

one record on its own is the press campaign. one announcement is the press release.
