questions.
how do I find out who an artist's publicist is?
search the name here first: 10,599 names from the roster pages of 79 music PR firms. if it is not here, check the contact line at the foot of the artist's latest press release, the press or contact page of their own site, and their label's publicity contact.
does a result mean the firm represents them now?
it means the firm shows that name on the page it calls its roster or clients. several firms say their page mixes current and past clients, and each result repeats what that firm's page says about itself. the firm's own page is the source.
why is an artist missing?
only 79 firms are indexed so far, and many publicists do not publish a roster at all. a missing name means none of these firms lists it, nothing more.
